Laminated Photograph of "Boxcar" mounted to
scrap steel grid. Grid was given to me by
Sal, the owner of Shaw's General Store in Stowe, VT. and
is attached to a turn-of-the-century steel foundry
pattern. Apparently these were used for casting steel
and iron; this particular pattern is from the Lane
Shops in Montpelier - famous for developing the first
commercially viable hydroelectric system in the latter
half of the nineteenth century.
