Understandably,
buying anything online is sometimes a daunting process. Will
you get your item? Will it take forever? Is this
quality Art that is packaged well? I am committed to
handling each purchase with professionalism and care. I hand
pack all of my artwork and take care to use materials that protect
your investment/purchase. I do my best to ship out your
purchase as soon as possible. Keep in mind sometimes finding
the right boxes or having prints made can take a few days, if
there is any delay I will let you know. I also am
conscientious about staying in touch with you until I have been
notified by you that you have received your Artwork.
I
will accept returns within 5 days if you are not completely
satisfied as long as it is returned to me in the same
condition/packaging as you received it in. You will be
responsible for shipping and full insurance for the returned item.
I use Pay Pal in all return situations ~ You will be refunded
for the sale price only, not the shipping/insurance costs. Check
my Contact/Purchase
page for more information regarding purchase information and
Artwork specifications. I now offer FREE SHIPPING!
Here
are a few testimonials by recent purchasers of my Artwork. I
am quoting them and have not paid them to make me sound good.
I'm human so not everyone is going to love my Artwork, but so far
people are excited by their purchases and comment that it looks so
much better in person. Computer monitors all differ and
taking photographs of artwork is surprisingly difficult!

"I'm a doctor and clocks are essential wall decor. I
was impressed with the originality and style of Paula's railroad
clocks. The hard thing was picking which clock to purchase.
I finally settled on "Time is Elementary" both for its
look and its title. I was impressed with the professionalism
of the entire transaction. The piece arrived
promptly and in perfect condition with a certificate of
authenticity and instructions for setting the clock. I enjoy
checking the time on
my clock even when I am running late for an appointment.
Thanks again
to Paula for a lovely work of art."

Hi Paula,
Your clock arrived yesterday in the middle of a torrential
downpour. The UPS guy got soaked, but the clock arrived safe
and sound. It is beautiful -- strong, elemental and elegant.
It looks and feels exactly as I imagined it would. Thank you!

"Substantial, wonderful and practical art pieces that will
keep for the ages. Pleasant buying experience, arrived exactly as
promised and as represented on the web site. I liked the first
wall clock so much I bought another as a gift for a friend.
Thanks!"

The Geisha
arrived as promised on Friday. It is in great shape
despite the torrential rain fall we have had here.
I decided to place
her in our living room. I will probably move her around
some more. It takes me a while to find just the right place for
things but for now she is in one of our public spaces so that
our guests can enjoy her as much as we do. I got to tell you my
teenage boys and their friends are fascinated by this piece.
The use of puzzle pieces and natural wood is so unexpected.
It has caused them to re-think about what materials can be used
to create art. I directed them to your website so
that they could see how you construct these marvelous works.
I am so glad to have
met you. So happy to have this work in my home. Look forward to
more.

Paula,
We had been excitedly waiting for "Harmony"
to arrive. YEAH! It was delivered early this morning ... the day you said it should get
here.
The sculpture is wonderful. There's a lot of
"power" in such a small piece. We appreciate the juxtaposition of your materials ...
glass/fragile, drawn symbol/delicate, twine/soft and the heavy thick
metal/hard.. Lee and I are most pleased to add your piece to our
house full of art. Now, I'm going to hang it on our living room
wall.
I'm so glad to have found your website as well as your weblog.
I like reading about your processes as well as your thoughts about
art and experiences of being an artist.
Thank you,
Nellie, March 07

"It isn't really fair
for me to give a testimonial to an art piece, a RR clock named
"Punctured" that I purchased from Paula's
one-of-a-kind clock collection, because I am so biased in favor of
the work she makes that I am hardly an objective authority.
The materials she uses are seemingly cold and dead, in fact
rusting away, but to me they speak volumes. They live and
breathe, even to the point of sharing their energy with me.
I would have every metal piece she has made if I could and nearly
all of her photo works, and especially the mixed media pieces
where she incorporates both. Keep up the great work, they
have such spirit!"

Paula,
I recently purchased one of your clocks for a
close friend whose wedding I was a part of. We spent the week at the beach
and on our second day there, I gave her the wedding present, along with
the letter of authenticity and the warranty. Both the bride and the groom
loved the gift and kept it on it's stand, beside the bed, for the duration
of their wedding/honeymoon vacation. The clock became a bit of a metaphor
that their marriage would "stand the test of time". It's so
solid and well made that I don't doubt that their great-grandchildren will
enjoy it as well!
Many thanks~

I have
just received my
"Blur"
piece in the mail and I am glowing!
I feel this was meant for me and me alone, and the first moment I laid
eyes on it I knew I had to have it! It came in the mail, superbly
wrapped and undamaged, even though parts are obviously delicate, you did
an awesome job, Paula. Thanks from my little art/heart!

Paula,
It was a real pleasure working
with you on customizing a metal piece called
"Peace
II"
from your Metal Art collection. You were great in
helping me decide on the colors to match my home. Paula you also
had a great eye for adding details like the copper pipe & wire onto
the piece to make it just perfect for me. It looks beautiful at
the entry way of my home.
I also love the print called
"Ties
& Steel" that I purchased from your Industrial Photography
collection. I love the photo and the beautiful mix of colors. Your
eyes picked up such great little nuances of color on the wood ties.
It is
beautiful. I can't wait to have it framed and hang it in that
special place in my home.
Ordering from your
website was a breeze. Looking forward to seeing your new work and
sharing your website with my friends.
Thanks again for all your help and making my home more special with your
beautiful and unique artwork.
Sincerely,
Sharon Mickey, January 2006

Dear Paula,
I just bought your railroad plate "Peace"
as a wedding present for some friends. Thank you! I loved it from the photo alone, but it is even more
stunningly beautiful in real life. I am excited to be purchasing more pieces, this time for my own home.
Buying your art online was so convenient. I was able to print out a
receipt from Pay Pal on the spot; in addition Pay Pal sent me a confirmation
email; and your personalized email confirmation of my purchase was a nice
personal touch. The package arrived in perfect condition just a few days, despite
my being clear across the country.
Please keep me on your website "mailing" list. I love having
found an artist whose work I am pleased to have in my home and whose work I am proud to
give to friends.
Sincerely,
KK, December 2005
